Beekeeping Conference Hosts for 2008
GWENT BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION
In 1921 a group of Midland and South Western Counties collaborated together to put on a conference whose aim was to encourage and advance beekeeping. Since then several other counties have joined the original five and keep the tradition alive by holding an annual conference, organized in rotation by the member associations. In 2007 the 79th Convention was hosted by the Worcester Beekeepers, and in 2008 it is the turn of Gwent to host the event, which of course we hope will be well supported.
